Noam Gavish

Noam specializes in corporate, technology and commercial law with an emphasis on complex cross-border transactions including M&A, investments, licensing and R&D agreements, technology transfers, manufacture & supply agreements (OEM/ODM), ERP, CRM, marketing and commercial agreements.

His experience and background has given him exceptional knowledge and understanding of the multidisciplinary legal aspects of ERP and CRM projects.

Noam also has extensive experience in consulting for technology companies with respect to investments, funding, collaborations, and joint ventures.

Before practicing law, Noam was active for 10 years as a Software Programmer and Team Leader, among other places in the computer development unit of the Israeli Air Force, where he acquired broad and unique knowledge in computer and software engineering. Noam is a graduate of the renowned Center of Computing and Information Systems Unit (MAMRAM) of the Israeli Defense Forces.

Noam’s experience in the high-tech industry provides him with an in-depth view of high-tech companies’ technology and needs, enabling him to provide the best possible advice to the firm's clients.

Before joining Glusman & Co. Noam had a successful private practice for several years.
